It is like you don't have enough GPU free RAM to render the scene, perhaps because you are using your display GPU that is used also to store the LW OpenGL data and so on. Can you send me the full log? ... at some point it show the available GPU RAM for Octane.
About the other problem. Can you send me the x64 RF renderkit plugin?

And what are your GPU memory reports in the IPR or in the F9 render windows?
It seems a problem with the GPU memory so I need to know the memory usage of the scene. This information is also in the log file. Do you have the same RAM in all the GPUs?

Yes, it is a weird issue. Can you please render the scene with F9 and the log enabled, and send to me a screengrab of the render preview window and the log file?
The IPR log file doesn't show the render statistics, the render fails before the first print.
Do you have the out-of-core textures feature enabled?

Perhaps there is a problem with the out-of-core settings. You can try to render the scene with this feature disabled if the scene fits in the GPU RAM without problems.

Please, render it with F9 and send to me the log and a screengrab of the window data. It is a weird issue if both GPUs have the same RAM.
