Added some game recorded dynamics:

Did alot of UV fixes and added more texture folders along with cleaning and organizing the folders
And also added some lilly pads for the fountain

EDIT:

Just now added some leaves.
all UVed and textured

Nice progress so far, But with so much shadow within the scene, your details are becomming hidden. Also, The lack of leaves already on the ground makes the falling ones seem a bit out of place.

I agree with Qtoken. The details in the scene could use a bit more illumination. You might want to bring the Fov in a bit, I feel like I'm being sucked into an abyss ! :P I don't know how octane works when it comes to SSS, but if there is a way, you might want to add some to the apples and maybe bring down the specularity a bit also (less hard or more rough in octane).

Apart from that this scene is really going for strength to strength so keep it up!:)

You could tweak the opacity of the leaves so they would cast a lighter shadow than the main structure and hence fake the tranlucency.
Also for my taste the FOV is too high, but that's just a personal problem ;)
Nice job
