@Smicha, thanks for your input. I did ordered the 2 airplex, but unfortunately, they are out of stock in Germany. So I looked at frozen, which seems online (which is very tricky) as they had it on stock, but I called them, and no answers. Plus your comment about them being closed : no go. So I had to dig a bit deeper, and I ordered on Performance-PCs.com, but unfortunately, they only had 1 x 480. So I took this one, and 1 x 360 as it was available as well, instead of relying on a maybe date of delivery.

I hope it makes sense.

Today received the Rads.Finally, and it's gorgeous! Heavy and shinny! Pictures attached.
At this point, I'm trying to see what's fitting, where, how, etc while I'm waiting for some extra fitting for the rads.
As you can see on the pics, I do received 1 x 360 and 1 x 480.
At this point, I don't even know how 2 x 480 would have fit! I had to remove a lot of parts to get thoses rads in.

So now, I'm thinking of using the 360 on the top with the fans pushing the air out of the case through the rad, and having the 480 at the bottom fixed with velcro, with hopefully push-pull out if it fits.
Where and how to put reservoirs/pumps?
Any advices?

now that's a nice rig =) those rads, man..

as for PushPull, it's not worth for this rad, as add litle to none in terms of performance..- at higher speeds or even mre airflows it fails badly. It is designed for slow spinning fans 600-900 RPMs - that's where it shines, the rest is a waste..

Congratulations on new parts. As for examples of watercooling layouts google "900D water cooling" and choose "images". You'll find plenty of solutions there. If I may recommend something - just place your radiator inlets/outlets on left hand side.

Pitty you didn't manage to get 2x480. There is always room for extra 240 in the lower chamber, isn't it? And even another 240 in front but that would force you to remove hdd brackets.

As for push pull - Glimpse is right but push pull allows you to set rpm fans at much lower speed and therefore reduce noise even more. At 600 RPM you'll hear nothing, literally nothing.

PS. I hope you'll remove this bulky cpu cooler

There is custom wire, custom plate to hold the pumps, hard tubing, etc. Wow.

Should I go that crazy?

Here are some pictures of my investigation with aquaero and the rads+fans. On this subject, Smicha, how did you plug yours?
On my test, I plugged two splitters to two fans connector on the aquaero. Don't know yet if I have to connect the Pumps to it, to the low, or high, or use a Y. Please let me know based on your experience.
To control the speed of the fans, I tried different options. The latest one was based on the LED. What's your advice on this? Do you control also the system with a software on your OS, or only using the aquaero?
There is a relay, and other stuff that I don't really know if I need them. The remote is quite handy (and cheap $16 ) to have as the menu on the aquaero itself can be long and painful to navigate/rename.
Am I missing more sensors (I only got one for now)? Should I get one more on the other side of the loop or even more?
Also, I think I should have a drain, but is it mandatory? If not, how and how often do you clean and flush the system?

hehe.. yeah with building custom loos there are lot of options - & that probably the main headache =)

Singularity PCs..seen all of his videos, at least onece & some few times =) Love his atention to details, but some builds are "too arty" - I'd rather choose going "musle car" route then over the top japanese.. see analog & way more simple than too techy..- & dual loops is a bit of a waste in my oppinion, ussually leveraged to fill the case than for any other purpose..

but overall, his videos is very inspirational! =)

I have 8 fans connected to the phobya splitter and this to one aquaero channel (it can handle 30W per channel). BUt I had to use a 3 pin female to female cable to connect phobya and aquaero.

Connect two pumps to your motherboard using y splitter for PWM.

I use one sensor. I set the fan curve for it (20-40C) for controlling fans with +25 offset.

PS remove rubber noise dumpers (square shape) from the fans. Also you placed rubbers washers on a wrong side of the fans.

I did have already 8 fans connected to the phobya splitter + this to one (female - female) aquaero channel + same for the 360. It only use 2 channels on the aquaero, right?
Any other fan should be plug to the mobo or the aquaero?

Which lead to : how aquaero is connected to the mobo? usb?

What do you mean by that? Should I use a "fan plug" on the Mobo, and use it to power the pumps?

Also, for the loop, I did this draw. Anything that I shouldn't do? From the pump, I'm going up to the Aquaero > then the 360 > then the CPU > then the GPU's > Then the 480 > then the 240 (no there yet) > then back Home.
Does it matter if it goes up or down from the pump?

I will also install a drain. Does it matter if it's on the out, or in of the 480?
It will be located at the lowest point of the loop.
