I'm guessing that the debut is being delayed due to the plugin developers en masse experiencing drastic issues, and the Otoy Head Command Office ("OCHO") is giving it more time for the developers to make as much progress as they can before the plugin bug massacre commences. So the debutant ceremony is being held back by OCHO due to the impending bug commencement ceremony.
Either that or they are still working on the logo for the box.

We're aiming for a pre-pre-alpha test release sometime in the next 4-6 weeks. Things can change, but that time frame is likely to hold.

now its near end of september and I still didn't see any news about the pre-pre-alpha release. Or did I miss something?
