Next update. I tried to follow all the tips, specially the lamp shade and added some curtains.
Thx for your collaboration.

Looks really good now. Maybe you can bevel the edges of the far wall. Is it supposed to have a brick wallpaper or is it a real brick wall? If it's the latter, there should be some bump and maybe some more unevenness. If it's supposed to be a wallpaper, beveling the edges should improve things a bit.
What I like most, is the subtle bump of the wooden floor combined with a specular map. It just looks awesome.
Cheers,
Marcus

@Abstrax: You're totally right with the bump on the walls there, i'd tried to pump it up a bit with the texture but it wouldn't go deeper. I'm pretty happy with this i think that I should have to make it real geometry to get better results, i'll maybe do that but for the moment I'm ok. If the client gives the green light for more shots i'll try to go for it.
It's funny what happened with the floor. I was also surpised why it was so good. actually the specular is not on the right scale with the rest

, it's a little bit off, but the bump is ok so it gives this extra eneven feeling. At some places you can see it just doesn't match, but being so subtle it pretty holds up well from every view. From now on i'll try to replicate it with a mix material on the specular, having a texture on the right scale and then again the same one on a wrong one...let's see how it works
