There a reason you want to use the noise from the shader in C4D? If your just looking for some roughness whats stopping you from referencing a simple image to drive noise/displacement? Most dynamic would be to reference a layered TIFF (if PSDs dont work) and pipe that in to allow quick previews when reloading the texture as you edit accordingly.
