Light inclusion/exclusion - Yeah, add us to the list of demanders!

Until this feature arrives, a workaround is to use light passes and object buffers to composite the final image manually.
Which is less time-consuming than 5-10 renderings.

Fair enough ahmet...figure its needs to be in the SDK first then. really wish the core developers realize how crucial and useful it is for creative lighting and compositing. but i dont hold my breath unfortunately

It works with the Arnold plugin. Why not with Octane?

You just wrote what I wanted to write :)
People want unbiassed GPU renderer speed but have biassed CPU renderer functionalities :)

With just a bit of creativity you'll achieve what you're looking for guys. Just take few secconds in the beginning of the project to think about how to achieve it. And that's it. Know your tools.
