I figured it was SSS combination, but what i'm more interested in is that grainy/fuzzy look. I'm not sure how he's achieving that. Is it displacement? Normal maps? It's a pretty straightforward approach though, Specular SSS + Diffuse SSS Mixed then that combo mixed with a Sparkley emissive map.
