Crashes for me every time I try to load victoria, genesis or other figures with some morphs. The hint with "Automatic geometry updates" dosn`t work.

The problem was solved with a Reality plugin deinstallation.

Found it. It's on the Octane render settings tab.
Doesn't work toggling the setting like you suggested.
Symptoms are these:
If I tried to load any figure with textures it crashes.
If I load a genesis figure (say) and then apply textures it crashes.
If I uninstall the plugin and go back to the 1.xx plugin it works just fine.
The standalone works just fine.
For reference, I have windows 8 and an nvdidia 880M with 8 gigs of VRAM.

I hope this gets addressed as I would really like to purchase this plugin, but if it means I have to uninstall other plugins to get it to work(I use Reality for STUDIO pretty much exclusively), then I'm afraid NO SALE..

That statement seems a bit odd, as Octane and this plugin would be a direct replacement for LuxRender and Reality. Reality would do you no good with Octane, and this plugin would do no good with LuxRender, and since they would need to access the same information in different ways, there is no reason for them to be compatible. You could just create a copy of your Daz Studio install, and use one with each renderer (if you really must have access to both). Given that most users would be looking at this alternative as a complete replacement for Reality/Luxus and LuxRender, I would imagine compatibility would (or should) be rather low on the priority list.

What a bizarre statement..!!! I want the flexibility to be able to use Octane Renderer and Luxrender Via Reality on the same machine.
As to why I may need to use Luxrender/Reality over Octane render. Well large scenes that won't fit into GPU memory for one thing. The ability to have my workstation rendering out using Luxrender for a particular image, whilst it simultaneously renders out a different scene/image in Octane render, as aonther. Flexiblility as a third reason...I could go on.
And are most users really looking to Octane Render as a complete replacement for their current workflow.???...really.???
In anycase if there are conflicts between the two plugins and the resolution is of low priority...no problem. I have the Carrara Plugin for Octane Render and I won't bother with this one. But I would have really liked to have been able to Purchase this version too.
Cheers,
S.K.

as previously noted, this is wip; so it might happen that upcoming changes fix that probs anyway and everything is ok.
but... there will be no particular fix(es) because of other plugins that change the way studio behaves; i don't know if realtiy does this, but it is clearly possble to affect (and change) the signal flow and api timing in studio and i of course can't fix these sort of problems. i try to don't do this myself, in order to don't create problems for other 3rd party apps in studio, and so should others.
btw, when did reality receive the last update for studio? there were a gerate number of changes during the last months, and quite some of them did affect in particular loading and saving through the ds api...

The last/latest version of Reality for Daz Studio is 2.50.1.122 which came out around mid-March 2013

Not a problem,
I have decided to convert one of my workstations to an octane dedicated machine, so for me the point is now moot..
However this may not be the case for other users.
Looking forward to a 2.1 Final, then I shall be purchasing.!!!
Cheers,
