2.10 improve PMC speed ?
No, it has improvement for DL and PT. But i think that reason is caustic for hotpixels. You can sec caustic blur to 1 if you don't need. Also check "gi clamp". It will help much. Will decrease illumination but you can tweak this.

The only thing that's a bit distracting..
view through the window..- smth with the gamma I guess..
it's just bit distracting, but might be the case of taste =)
