Nope. I just looked into the code. I don't have Matlab installed on my machine.

all grass , flowers etc are Vue. Also some trees. Vue trees are rather bad because too many alpha leaves are put on one sjngle alpha plane. Not good for realistic specularity. Some trees are from ronenbekerman.com for free download. Those are nice because each leaf has its own alpha plane. Also xfrog provides pretty good freebies.

another one i quite like. all 3d. all squeezed into my tiny laptop gtx690m with 2gb. the scene only takes 1gb thanks to octane instancing.

The more tools there is for instancing the more easier it will be for the masses

thats true. if anyone decides to translate the code that i share above then i would not be the only one anymore whose mind goes on vacation to places like that while they are created and rendered

This looks interesting, wonder about the Lua conversion process. Doing the conversion would then make the ability to embed into Octane standalone a real possibility.

a variation that i like with noon sun and more daylight-ish and more instances for an open landscape.... <1GB VRam
