Good question. As far as I understand HPC Cluster mainly using MPI
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Message_Passing_Interface. I think you would need to implement MPI explicit for cuda
https://developer.nvidia.com/mpi-solutions-gpus. But I don't know for sure if this is the only way to use HPC Cluster.

Yea, I'm checking their website regularly, but there are zero new infos since I first saw their video. I'm per se a fan of their approach but their website doesn't give any clue about their progress or pricing or anything.
