I would expect it does - although i havent tried it. I use it with Win7 (64bit). So far no major complaints with 2015 - they already released SP1.
Only annoying thing i have found is that the selection marquee tool is not working properly. Hoping to have it up & running with octane soon.

i think max 2015 has been out long enough now to reasonably expect a compatible plugin now.
