Incredible!

Really really amazing work El-B.

I can't put my finger on it, but my ONLY crit is the hair. Feels flat? I only say this because my wife has this hair colour. My wife's hair has a vibrance to it, no matter what the lighting environment happens to be. Only my 0.5 cent opinion of course...

Otherwise, top notch as usual!

best,
O

Hi,

thank you everyone for all the nice comments and critiques. This was done as a quick showpiece for the Autodesk Expert Challenge event which will take place starting from this afternoon and where I have been honored to be chosen as a guest artist.

There is indeed lots of room for improvement and I will most likely take the time to revisit this piece and give it a second look after everything has settled down and will look at all of your feedback.
Thank you again!

I've probably asked this question before, but is this hi poly geometry? If so, how many polys?

If medium level geometry plus a bump/normal, would you mind sharing your settings? I don't seem to be able to get reasonable bumps/normals on faces no matter what settings I try so I'm stumped.
