i just made a new PC with this 780ti.. installed all latest driver from nvidia..

ok the Shaderball failed too !!! yes i restarted the computer too!
here is the log:

how do i find out that gpu is is heating? is there anyway?

It looks like a hardware issue to me. If this is a new 780Ti, then I think the card is broken and you should ask for a replacement. If not, it could be anything, like the motherboard or memory or the power supply. To be sure that it's not a driver issue, you could install an older graphics driver, but my bet is currently on a hardware problem.

There are several tools out there. Just search the Internet for "gpu monitor".

+1 for hardware.
New computer, new GPU, and error looks like hardware problem...
But you may not notice the overheat if e.g. there is a bad connection between GPU processor and cooler (e.g. no termal paste, or something between them...). In this case the overheat may be reached so quickly, that you will not notice it in the tools before GPU stops...
Just IMHO...

You can use GPU-Z to monitor your graphic card:

check your gpu with another gpu based renderer.
