yes, you're translating but geometry data is changing. There is two method. One is only tranforms updates, others is geometry updates.
Plugin trys to detect which update has occured. you should use a animated object with objecttag on same mesh number

Got it working !
The culprit was "faster updates" used instead of "faster rendering".
But now I have a problem with Octane object tags, it seems that when I have 13 mesh numbers or more, C4D crashes on rendering.
Do you ever had experienced this ?
Edit :
I made a new document with 13 objects with tags and C4D crashed on rendering.
Edit 2 :
Seems that using same mesh number for different meshes is not a problem for Octane, I got everything working now !

Try with 1.00 rc2 or 1.07b. Or with faster rendering option. Most stabile is rc2.

I think I'll stick with what I got now, "If it ain't broke, don't fix it."
Finally rendering my first animated sequence with Octane !
