Can I use the word 'shit' in this forum?
As in HOLY SHIT! Incredible. Really love that painterly feel.

Magnifique ! J'adore l'atmosphère, spécialement dans la sixième image. Bravo, une fois encore !!

I like the look.
Especially the boat, rope and oars. Some fibers on that rope (or I missed them) and it would be easy to sell as a photo.
Nicely done.

Thanks to everyone for your kind comments
FrankPooleFloating : Yes, I'm still using my sig configuration, I'm thinking to something else but I'm not decided yet, I would like more than 3gb but titan is too expensive. No xfrog tree here, everything modeled using my own and now old tree generator script for Blender 2.49

Those are the best outdoor renderings I've seen for a long time
Would be nice to get some more information. Which render kernel was used, how long did it render?

Truly inspiring work mate...it has an"Impressionism" mood, with the colors in the clouds, water, sky and vegetation...its a Pleasure to watch.
Congrats
cheers

ps: can you show us a wireframe view of the project in Blender, so much vegetation...I think mine computer would explode.

Thanks to everyone for your kind words.
I'll try to post some wires and clays.
Regarding the kernel, I mainly used the Direct lighting AO and diffuse as for outdoors it doesn't change that much using Pathtracing. The rendering time varies from 30min to 1h. For instance, the second view was rendered in 3840x2000 in about 1h with an hdr map. The fourth image is a crop of that same image in the original resolution.
