my little lamp hack now improved with pre 2.3_5

Well, time to test and have fun with 2.3_v5, I did exactly the same shot, the big, actually huge difference, NO RESIZING this time, what you see is what I got, I just played with the new inbuilt hotpixel removal, with values from .1 to .5 in the last ones, test 14 is the same as 12 but with new build, you can see that light efficiency is better so I had to tweak tonemapper to get a more dark shot (which I was after) than in previous build, specs as always in filename. After the first shots I added the FROSTED glass, which is something we want to add to the real thing since it's too bright right now. I love the results and I love this build, plain awesome.
For comparation sake I've added a picture I've took with my cell of the actual lamp, you can figure out which one it is since there is a different solution for the lamp holder.
Hope you like, 'cause I'm having lot's of fun
btw, 30 minutes was probably more than enough, but I was doing other things and I stoped them when I could.

thanks guys.
Last one for now.
I've also noticed that bump map has improved in v5, so I should lower it to get a closer to reality look, but I rather prefer octane's to the real thing right now, damm, I won't be able to look at it the same

 impressive :)
The only difference I see, except for the blade, is that in the real one the cylinders have a bit of random rotation.
It's possible to see the effect of the lamp in a room and especially on the floor?
bravissimo :)

yeap, the next part will be to add it to a room, but that'll have to wait for a week of so.

I was envious of all the people with nice renders and full of color ;) , but since I don't have time for modeling right now but I always have time to play with octane, I added a little color to the lamps.

 thanks.
Well, while I was playing with the DOF in the second one, this weird thing happend, at high aperture values there was a weird optical effect where I could see the bulb clearly inside thru the holes in the lamp in the left, freaky. I might do it later, just because ;)
