Because this is a too long story with registration - paying - becaming a lic customer - searching forum - downloading products - sending mail - getting keys - understanding situation with 2.3 and oclive - downloading test betas,
that is not fully subscribed anywhere! User have to turn over the pages of forums like adventures book with unexpectable ending =)

No, the instructions are for 2.3

We are giving you the older 2.2 so you an learn octane while we repair the registration server.
The llicense key system is different.

Just download 2.2 from the 'custmer news and release forum (download here)'
Install and do what the application asks to send the Coe to unlock it.

All this is automatic with 2.3' the new version.

The 2.2 workflow is not sent to customers anymore as they use 2.3 anyway...
