Hi. Yes, it looks like the start and end of the hair has been joined by a polygon edge. Let me look into this after the weekend - there could be a coding fix for this.

Hi - I've had another look at this. Poser's dynamic hair is a line of vertices for each strand (starting at the scalp and finishing at the end of the hair). It doesn't have any surfaces. So when that geometry gets transferred to Octane, it gets converted to a polygon (surface) which encloses the strip of vertices by joining the two ends, giving the erroneous result you are experiencing (and visible below). So for the moment, dynamic hair will render, but not well. I would need to modify the plugin to create polygons from the strip of vertices in order to full support dynamic hair, which is going to be tricky - but I will add it to the "todo" list.
So for the moment, use transmapped hair, or ZBrush fibre hair.

the problem is that the hair of ZBrush fibre hair. rendered as dynamic hair from poser

Zbrush fibre hair is polygon hair, whereas Poser dynamic hair is vertex stands - which is very different. If you are having issues with ZB fibre hair - check your ZB fibre hair settings. If you post some samples here we might be able to offer other assistance.

Absolutely you can get some great effects were fibre mesh hair, but unfortunately I've found no real will realistic way to animate this at this time

I tried today Poser plugin (demo 2.16.0.38) for first time, trying to render dynamic hair created in Poser 9. Here is small issue (may be I've just should read manual), but how can I point Octane to render all strands without setting their visibility ('Show populated' option in 'Styling Control' tool window, as shown) in Poser's preview?

Hi - you need to tick Show Populated in order for Poser to provide the hair strands to the plugin. There is a script provided to do this for you in Scripts->OctaneRender for Poser->Set All Hairs Props To Populated.
