Thanks Karba
Now you can start the 1.11 version with new features and then sleep for a week. ;)

Unfortunately for me the "new" sky looks about the same as the oldest model was. It is unnaturally blue. Like watercolor blue. Tints the entire image same way as the old one did. What was wrong with the sky in previous version (1.03) ? Why did you change it? Can't you put it back like a 3rd option or smth?
I have to go back to 1.03. because of this

The sky was there, realistic and all.. why keep messing around? I don't get it.

[edit]
Actually I'm not sure if the sky has changed or if the white balance is f*cked up.

Here's a comparison image. White balance is set to white (default value).
Version 1.03 looks natural, but the new 1.10 version is tinted to blue and looks exactly like the 1st sky model ("old" model) Octane had.

Why is that happening? Can you fix it?

You could fix this issue even by yourself.
I wanna appology from my yesterday post. I was too harsh! But, as a part for my excuse, i hope you can imagine how frustrating the past few month were for me and i really hoped that it is fixed in the final 1.1 release!

Thank you for your help - it worked. Why didnt you tell me that 4 month ago? You have no idea how many sleepless nights and how many google translations you would have saved me :-(

I am no 3ds specialist. i know how to set up scenes, makes cameras, paths, materials, gizmos and all i need, but as soon as i have do get into 3ds deeper, like scripting and so on i am still a beginner!

Regards Chris!

Your post forced me to find some solution. So don't excuse. I have no idea why it doesn't work only with German interface currently to be honest.
