Two materials or 10 are not a problem. You can use copys of the instance mesh with different materials.

But, Sometimes Color_Attribute and Integer_Attributes nodes is very useful. ;)

You can use a integer attrib to specify the instance mesh. That should have the same effect ;)

Sweeeet. This will save a ton of exporting time for camera only animations.
