I already have a card with Kepler 1344 cuda cores.
I'll buy another, just stay with 2688 cuda cores.
It's much cheaper! I think!

what about the performance with Octane?
If the K20 is 3X faster than a M2090 it means that is 3X faster than a GTX580
I don't think that the next Teslas will be slower than the GTX.

Isn't the K10 for servers only? At least that's what nVidia is marketing them for. I was thinking of getting the k20, but decided to read the forums first =).

k10 is for servers only now and is based on the same gk104 like gtx 690, just have some tweeks..
k20 You can use for regular workstation =) and it's based on gk110 - we don't have any GTX card yet..
I wouldn't get surprised if nVidia would choose not to release it at all =D but, we'll see =)
