The first three renders on this post were rendered with a previous gpu quadro fx 3700 and those new renders were done on GTX 470

Which card would you say renders faster? I am planning on buying Quadro FX3800 just for Octane, but is GTX 470 not that far off?

The GTX 400 series are currently the fastest cards for octane. A GTX 470 would be twice as fast as a Quadro FX 3800.
