This may be an odd suggestion.Have you thought about taking a picture of a bit of your own skin, then make it tile-able and use it as a map.That should make it realistic.
Just a thought.

I need to edit better the materials as I used references for the textures ( not my own ) and that would be little bit cheating if I used pure pictures that is not realism to me to render a photo in a photo so I guess this is not the solution , the textures are pure diffuse only and a good new normal maps and better specular setting and correct sss will do the trick with realism and better that pure picture , I just need to spend more time with the materials as that was just first test ,
and as I mentioned Octane is new to me so I am not expecting wonders , and tile-able textures are good for other stuff but not for this one as it is organic material and it need more that only one texture to response correctly to the light
but thanks anyway for your suggestion ..

Elvis , there outside your world living people that have also different skin color that pale white , and I saw your work also and it is random and your human figures are out of golden ratio and proportions plus not one of them even rendered in Octane , so give some good advice and stop trolling around
