PeterCGS : I7 [email protected] 16GB Vista Ultimate SP2 + 480GTX 1,5GB = 248 seconds/Ksamples (2.37 Ms/s)

Can't wait for multiGPU to be enabled! Then I run it again on two 480GTX cards

i can get a out 2,8 megasamples/px instead of 2,3 when i run an optimized kernel,
but it's not %100 stable.
I think we can push this to 3.0 megasamples/px for a GTX480 in the next release, just need some time to experiment.

I don't think so, you can get more than 4.0 megasamples/px for a GTX480.

I don't think so, you can get more than 4.0 megasamples/px for a GTX480.

we'll have to see, i can't make any guarantees
with the current 2.1 RC1, we're not using the cache so it could make a large difference.
still need to figure out how to build them making use of the cache.

I posted this info in the GTX4xx benchmark thread, but thought I would post it here also. I'm running Windows 7 64bit, i7 920, 12Gb, and one GTX 470. I just downloaded and tested the newest build released today and my score went from 2.06 megasamples to 3.08 megasamples.

It looks like all the Fermi users will have to update their stats.

Thank you for your sharing your machine's status, BTW could you let us know the 'seconds/Ksamples' of standard benchmark scene, and screen shot too?
