Hi team,
Having previously installed and activated 3dsMax v1.0 beta 2.56, I downloaded and installed the current 2.56b version. Rebooted Computer. The plugin is no longer activated. When I attempt to activate I get an error message which notes that:
"This account is currently activated on another machine. Please deactivate it on the other machine first and wait 30 minutes befor re-activating it on this machine, or activate another account/license on this machine."

What happens if you deactivate the license and then reactivate? You can deactivate from within your
customer area.

Thanks Roeland,
I have deactivated in my account (hadn't noticed the deactivate button previously) - will leave it an hour or so and try to reactivate. Will report back.

Still unable to activate account for 3dsMax.
Having deactivated the account over two hours ago, I now get the message to activate the account when Max opens. Fill in the correct detail into the dialog box - error message:
"Invalid OctaneLive account or wrong account / password combination"
I have tried both copy and paste and typing the password - same error in both instances.
What next?

Activation is still dead as a dodo.
There seems to be a problem with the licence server on your end.
Copy of part of email sent yesterday below.
I checked my OctaneLive account a few hours ago, with a view of attempting to activate the updated plugin, and to confirm that the Max Plugin account was still deactivated from yesterday. I was surprised to see that it was once again active. I opened up Max but got the error message that it was active on another computer (same problem from yesterday). I went back into the OctaneLive account info and deactivated the account. All appeared to be OK. Prior to opening Max I rechecked the account a few minutes ago and once again, the account it active.
Is there anyway you can reset the account at your end?
