that should be fine from a thermal viewpoint, as the card is surely deeper than the psu. also the psu won't imo get that hot in a bottom config. the only thing is, that the 3rd pcie slot needs to be the 2nd last on the board (if standard atx size), otherwise it may not fit...

Thinking it might be a 570 at the moment, think nvidia are phasing out the gtx 470 because it was bit of a flop and there aren't actually that many around, all the £200 470's seem to be sold out.
I'll let you know how I get on. You never know my avatar might be smiling next time you see it...
