Hello Paul,

When I enable "reload material each frame" option for just one octane override material (instead of selecting same option from kernel options which overrides all materials) it works good on octane render preview window while I change the current frame. But when I hit render animation button, It doesn't reload that particular material (it is rendered as still).

I use image sequence to render an animation but it looks impossible without reloading all materials which takes so long. Could you suggest a workaround or fix please?

Hi. This is a bug, which will be fixed in the next release. In the meantime, turning on Camera and Object Motion Blur resolves the problem.

I have updated the installers at the top of this thread with:

2020.2.3.169 - EXPERIMENTAL
- Compiled with Octane 2020.2.3
- Added support for Modo15 and removed support for Modo12 and earlier
- Added OCIO options in the Modo Preferences->Octane, and on the Imager and Image Save settings. Changing any setting in the Preferences will generally need the Octane Viewport to be opened or refresh to take effect
- Fixed issue where enabling Octane Override->Reload Material Each Frame was not working when rending an animation unless Camera and Object Motion Blur was enabled.
- Resolved issue where copy/pasting from Octane Standalone, or Duplicating a material could lead to doubling up of nodes which were connected to multiple pins

Due to the change of the install location for Modo15, you need to either uninstall the Modo 13/14 version, or update to the 2020.2.3.169 Modo 13/14 plugin.

Thanks

Paul

Can you give me more information please? What OCIO file have you loaded? Can you show a screenshot of the colorspace options in the Save Image panel?

Thanks
