I am getting more and more frustrated with the way Octane behaves in my setup. Even when I try the simplest scenes, try to follow really simple tutorials, I am getting constant crashes, and there seem to be no real repeatable scenario to the crashes. Often it is a application crash but also A crash with a warning that I should update my graphics driver.
I have been using X since the first prerelease and I can say that I see progress. The first PR's were really slow and it was almost impossible to use the node editor. I have the feeling that most of my crashes come from any manipulations in the node editor buty I could be wrong. I am using the PR 3 standalone version and the PR 6 plugin version. I am on Catalina 10.15.7
Thank You very much
Piotr

PR 7 is out with a plugin and standalone version if you upgrade to Big Sur 11.1 - it might have fixed the bugs you are talking about, so Id recommend trying that first.

Yes. I am planning to do that but some programs that I use are still not fully supported so I guess I have to stick with Catalina for a while.
Thanks
