Acid/frosted glass how to?

Hi!,
I want to make an acid or frosted glass. I have used a specular material with roughness to make it, but is not exactly what I want, I get too much noise and not the desired texture.
The sphere thing is what I get (roughness to the middle) and the other images is the result I would like to get. As you can see, not noise at all and transparent, looks like roughness but is not the same.

Would be great if any of you could help.

Thank you!

Here is a possible solution, with a tiny bit of Roughness, and Scattering Medium:
