Hi there,

Still looking into this. We will be rebuilding it again with PR1.1 update which will also if include bug fixes from the last update for all plugins.

Is there an update to when this update will be released into the wild?

Best

Paul

Are certain attribute not support yet?

Example, in houdini I can pass Cd from objects via the vertex attribute node, but I can't pass a vertex attribute to Opacity.

Goldorak, aoktar -- any updates on the plugin fixes? This seems like a bigger issue to fix than I would have thought if there's still no word.

Also, can you give a hint as to what the problem is? Seems strange that Octane X is only stable for one version of C4D for example.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. The next release of Octane X will include a fix to vertex attributes that should resolve the issue you are seeing.

Hi team...
I just want to let you know about bug that I found in C4D R21... If this was not mentioned before, in the Octane material 'menu> editor>, texture preview size = when changing to some value, C4D crash down and completely sign out of my MAC User account... Hope this helps to fix for future :)

my specs:
iMac Pro, 10 Core, 64 GB RAM, Vega 64 -16 GB + Radeon 5700XT eGPU.

Wondering if anyone has been using the XDR display with Octane X? I'm interested in the HDR support: if it exists and how it preforms

viewtopic.php?f=33&t=75598

Unfortunately Otoy managed to confuse its users in this forum. Until now only about 300 people have seen PR 1.1 for a few days.
Please Otoy, organize an Ocante X thread where bugs and new releases are listed. I still don't know if I should report my bugs here or in the subforums. (But in the Subforums are no Octane X bugs section). Which is better? Why is the new PR 1.1. not visible in the download area? Are the plugins similarly hidden in the subforum? Or are they not ready yet?
Please work on it. All the best and a nice weekend.

Yes, this is a bit confusing. Does this mean the C4D plugin is fixed for all versions? I thought that's what PR 1.1 would fix but I see no mention of it in the list.

And I agree, a centralized thread that lists release updates, fixes and bugs is needed.
