Scale LV resolution & Pan Zoom Canvas

In Standalone you can CTRL + LMB to pan the canvas and CTRL + Mouse Wheel It would be great if we could have this in the C4D LV. It would also be good to have a 1:1 button to return to correct pixel scale.

It would also be great to have the ability to apply resolution scaling to the live viewer.

Example.....I could have my render globals set to the size of my final image 10328x7760 but in my LV window apply a scale of 10% which would scale my image to 1730x1300 for the purposes of lighting/interactivity etc.

ATM if I want to scale my image resolution i need to change the resolution in the render globals then refresh the LV "Lock Resolution" to update the image size in the LV. One of the main issues with this workflow is that i often forget to change the resolution back when i need to do my final offline renders.

I often need to work on 10k+ images and having this functionality would be a great help to me.

I know people wish that. But LV's canvas have a lot of extra functionality. And because of these that's not an EASY request. I'll add this in a FUTURE release WHEN I'm ready to dive it to.

Thanks Ahmet.

Understood. The LV is very feature rich and I appreciate this will need to wait for a time when you have time to dive as you say.

If you are able to add this to your development list that would be really good news for me.

Been away from Octane for a while and pleased to see how many great features and enhancements have come to Octane and C4D plugin.

Keep up the excellent work!

I just noticed that there is already a primitive implementation of a zoom canvas function already implemented.

This is really useful and is good enough for my needs so maybe there is no need for that feature...

A LV resolution scaler for IPR/scene setup would be great though :)

Did we lose the zoom factor dropdown? Not seeing it in 2020.1.3-R2. Thanks all.
