3-slot GPU's heat Tweet

Hey guys !
First of all sorry for that stupid subject title.
I have a Palit GTX 1080 Super JetStream and Palit RTX 2070 Super - JetStream.
Both of them are 3-slots GPU's and when I start rendering the temps are going around 86C up to 88C (for the RTX) and around 70C up to 75C (for the GTX).
My question is, are these temps reasonable because I can't really decide even though when I touched the RTX I felt like my finger was going to melt.
Also to add they're super close to each other, so I was thinking since I can't place a watercooling block there and underclocking doesn't seem like a good option to me, will a PCI riser do the job for me ?

I'm running 4 980TI's in a single air-cooled box, Two of my GPU will hit there temp limit and throttle but these things are built so well I really wouldn't think too much about it. As long as you have good airflow your cards should take care of themselves. I tried putting two of these cards on risers and it was more of a headache then helpful so we just went back to what we had before. I even CNC plexi to funnel all the air into the GPU's and at the end of the day, I put it all back to normal, bought some extra high-speed front fans and let the case do the rest. I took out all the fancy things that I thought might help.
But this is just my opinion.

The one thing I can recommend about cooling is I set my fans to low or full, no ramp up. As soon at those cards get 5º hotter, I have the fans go to 100%. I want as much airflow though as long as possible.

Thank you so very much for the help guys, the airflow is pretty good here but I have to boost up the speed of the fans, will definitely take a look at that right away, if not I will buy new ones.
