Hello just a quick question,

I noticed that metal shader in Octane (but also glossy shader ) tend to make very big bright specularity reflection expecially when you light the object with an environment sky or
hdr.
Despite I try to lower tyhe hdr, wok on the exposure sometimes I get very white spots on metal which are a bit too exagerate from my point of view..

I tried everything to minimize them (reflection model, roughness etc) but no way.

Is there something Im missing?

thanks

Maybe a picture of what your seeing and maybe a real world image that shows something different for comparison. Maybe there is a bug, or maybe your just wanting a different creative look than what is physically accurate. Either way more visuals might help.
