Network Render GPU Activation Tweet

Does it always take 8-15 min for the GPU's to kick in on network render? so far private network firewall is off, and this is how long it take usually for all to start activating. 16.3.3 X 2 GTX 1070 X 2 1080TI X 4 GTX TITAN XP's,

No, from my experience with v4 the networked GPUs should be available immediately once you've restarted after the initial setup. Sounds like a network communication issue.
