Hi there,
it would be very nice, to get some help here.
I use Octane for Cinema 4d in the latest stable version 3.08.3 on windows 10 3x GTX 1080i + windows 10 2x RTX 2080 in network rendering.

My problem is at first the noisy surfaces caused by the light and the hotpixel removal option...
nothing i´ve tried worked well... played around with GI-clamp, Caustic-Blur, Path term. power, noise threshold and hotpixel removal...

please take a look.
is there a solution?

i watched a lot of tutorials, read the manual and so on... nothing worked.

Thanks a lot for ur help

That happens when you use unrealistic values for the lights. Your tiny lightbulb seems to be much stronger than the sun.
