I've tried converting materials by using the presets in forest pack.
Some of the materials disappeared (leafs) after convertion, any ideas why?

Hi oscartung,
Octane render doesn't support forest yet.

I work for over two years with this combination Octane and Itoo ForestPackPro. It works fine except for randomcolor settings!

With latest ForestPack you have to convert the new presets the introduced recently. I asked on their forums.
The don't support Octane for new presets. The old ones are still working.
Also MaxTree doesn't support Octane anymore with their packs. There is also manual conversion to do.

On FFP presets the conversion from Vray to Octane doens't work well on mix materials. You will loose the second material. So plan in some time for the conversion. 15 materials at all.
