ORC Credit Purchase Limit Reached

After not using ORC since beta testing I need ORC power right now to finish a project on time. After buying two small credits today for testing purposes I am ready to buy a lot for final rendering. Upon trying I get this: "ORC Credit Purchase Limit Reached. You have reached the limit for the number of credits that can be purchased in one month." How can I deal with this. Next month is too late. I need new credit in the next 20 hours....
Has anybody experience with this?

Hi,
please, post an email to [email protected] reporting your Otoy user ID, and the new amount limit you need.
Looking forward for your mail,
ciao Beppe

Thanks Beppe.

Its already too late. This really caught me on the wort timing. Managed to render on my machine and heavy deniosing with Neat.

Best.

Not yet.
I usually dont change versions in projects, so I was stuck in Octane 3.08.
