Hello Guys,
A new project with the Lancia Stratos piloted by Bernard Darniche, winner of the Monte Carlo Rally of 1979.

Just for memory...

At the start of the final course, Bernard Darniche is in sixth position at 6 min 27 s of the Swede Waldegård who drives a Ford Escort.
After five of the ten special stages of the final lap, Darniche finished third at 3:15.

Before the last special, the Swede is still in the lead with 15 seconds ahead.

This last special stage takes place at the Col de Turini. Bernard Darniche wins his tenth time «scratch» of the day...
He finally beat Waldegaard six seconds over the entire rally.

He finished first.

First step, the placement of the many logos.
Four missing I have to find.

Kael29 from FC4D models all the details.
The Oscar ramp will coming soon.
Tyres :OK Rims : OK Rear lights : OK Exhaust ++ : OK

The car will evolve in the snow by projecting very large sprays of mud.
All the decor part is to be created. I will use 3DCOAT for track, snow and mud.

Don't forget to double side your glasses.
It's look like plastic.

Hello folks,
Here are some tests about the snow and ice materials.
The difficulty here is to find the right materials corresponding to the different distances.

Here is a test for large distance.
The ideal compromise must be found between the polys sculpture and the use of Octane's displacement.

Medium distance and closeup to come. I hope. :? Not super easy.
