Good idea, I am there :)

I was then curious, and typed V-Ray(also Vray,etc..) and it found only single page, with mere 26 fans. Well they don't need it, but we do, this is nice (and free) marketing ;)

Best pictures should be uploaded there too, to show off

You guys should find a way to incorporate a paypal donation button in somewhere. An extra 5-20 bucks a month coming from a hundred or more Octane users, anxious to see this software developed to it's full potential, would probably go a long way into helping make that happen.

Hey,

Do you think so ? I don't think we need it, we've got excellent sales and it would make us look like a company that begs for donations... ;)

I was thinking more along the lines of a personal page facebook and myspace where you could blog as the developer of the software, seperate from the commercial and official areas.

I bought the software but I still feel like I gave you a 10 dollar bill and got a crisp 100 in return. Just figured a inconspicuous donation button somewhere would speed along development and help with costs.

Wouldn't it be better and profitable to everybody to get another license ? donation feels like begging, we're not too keen on that point of view :)

Lol, donation buttons can have a tenancy to look kind of tacky...
