@UniquM: Really nothing special for the material, diffuse or glossy for leaves and of course opacity map. Some leaves has bump with same map as diffuse, no spec.

@krzychuc4d: Trees are home made with some free scripts I modified to improve the result but a bit messy to get the final result. Leaves and truncs are made based on photos I took. For those interested some are on sale on turbosquid in blender and obj formats.
