Thanks for posting the screen layout.

Without actually having the tattoo package, it is hard to give an exact setup for your situation. And it depends what skin shader you are using. But for example, if using my original SSS skin shader (from my blog), it would look like the attached.

But again, I stress, if you don't have the Octane node experience to set this up correctly, you are much much better off using a tattoo set that is already on the skin texturemaps (rather than merged in Poser nodes).
