I've had simliar problems in the last couple of days - however - when I restarted Poser it worked just fine...
W10 64 bit | i7 3770K | MSI Geforce RTX 2080 (8GB) + GTX Titan Black (6GB) | 32 GB DDR3 RAM

Yes, that is what I discovered right now.
After Poser restart LiveDB works again
