Hi, After reinstalling the latest LW plugin I'm getting a message about an invalid license. I have licenses for both the standalone and LW versions. Any ideas please. Thanks

Are you sure that you are using the plugin license user and password?

Please, enable the plugin in a empty scene to see what happens. If you get a error, go to the options panel, put your plugin's user and password and try to enable it again.

I'm still getting a license authentication rejection. I'm assuming that my plugin user and password are the same as my login details?

You need to login into your account page, go to the "OctaneLive Accounts" tab and there you have the Standalone username and password (for the standalone app) and your Lightwave plugin username and password. You need to enter the LW plugin user/password and activate it ... is this what are you doing?

Thanks Juanjo, I'd forgotten that the Octane Live Accounts carried separate licenses. Sorry for the trouble. David
