When i import to Octane the hair only shows teh basecolor and not teh blneded color, is there a way to use this type of hair?

Maybe you want to use a mix material?

Or else maybe blend both color maps together in photoshop if you want to use a single diffuse color?

I suspect it is a gradient based on the UV's of the hair mesh. You will probably need to construct a simple texturemap to multiple with the diffuse map of the hair to do this. Something like a 100 x 100 texturemap with white at the top blended to purple at the bottom. Then put the next texturemap and the old diffuse hair map together with a multiply node. But that's a wild guess....
