Saving rendered image

Is there a way to save the rendered image other than doing a screen shot? I can't find anything about it in the manual, unless I'm supposed to save an animation frame. Thanks.

Ah. Found it. But I think it is of sufficient importance that it deserves more than a small indication in a figure.

While I'm here, a keyboard alternative to the Middle Button/Mouse Wheel for Zoom would be very helpful as my laptop's TouchPad has neither.

Sorry, being excessively thick this morning. Both buttons = Middle Button.

ive never used the middle button for anything, it feel unatural to press for me, but then again, I only have 5 fingers on the mouse hand and non of my mice have provided acess to the middle button in a logic way.
I am refering to logic as in - nothing that envolves shifting finger angle and cover 2 buttons with 1 finger.
Its too much work to move the finger, some call me lazy - i call it ergonomic chaos.

Be that as it may, I might go look for a super wide 3 button mouse that is made for people with problems like me.
