first inputs, then parameters.

there's no per node option, and personally i think that would make the UI more complex.
maybe i'll try to find another option to make it more visible.

I like to have the reload button down, after the settings
You could try to make one wide button with the path
So you can click anywhere on the file path, not only on the little reload button

Kinda like that

<start of button / reload icon / space / filepath / end of button>

The width of the button would depend by the length of the filepath (clamped to a max number of chars)
