Picture Viewer rendering out Blacked out version of scene

I was hoping someone could help me figure out what is going wrong with my render. When I am rendering my scene in the octane live viewer everything seems to be going fine. However when I start to render out the png sequence in the picture viewer I get a blacked out version of my scene with no textures or geometry whatsoever, only the HDRI in the background. Does anyone know what could be going wrong?
