Hi,
the problem you are having could be caused by an issue during deactivation, due to Windows update , or a crash, or an issue with internet connection.
For example, if the IP address is changed, while the licenses were active, they have not been deactivated after exit from Octane, and are still seen as active, waiting for the old IP address to be back online.
You need to visit your personal Octanelive page, and deactivate your licenses by pressing the red Unlock button beside of both licenses, Standalone and plugin, if they are listed in blue as Active:
